From the perspective of not only internal management issues, such as privatisation and outsourcing, but also for external management issues, for example, surrounding mergers and integration. Also, with regard to specific models, such as public private partnerships (PPP) or setting up shared service centres (SSCs), Van de Bunt has solid experience and skills at its disposal. We introduce management models that work, design scheduling & control processes, and ensure that both principals and contractors can perform their roles properly.
